- Ginger
- Garlic

- Wheat Flour

How to make
Recipe to cook Beet paratha is almost similar to any other Paratha, Only change addition of beet-root.
- First take the fresh beet and wash it clear & pill-out the barks.
- Take wheat flour in a big bowl for mixing.
- Now add grated beet, ginger, chili, coriander and garlic paste in wheat flour. Then add salt to taste. This is the same process as of making Roti.
- We will pour oil on the bowl. And then we will tie the flour with water. The flour should not be hard or loose. Keep it medium.
- Then let it stay for ten minutes
- Now weave paratha from it and then fry the paratha with oil. Red color of paratha looks good and attractive.
Serve this paratha hot to guest. They will definitely fall for its color and test as well.
