First know what is Constipation?

It simply means that your stomach does not get clear completely. it occurs when the rectum is forced to empty completely during bowel movements.

Today we see that 90% of people suffer from constipation. When feces is not expelled from the body, many diseases are born out of it, When constipation occurs, a person also suffers from stomach related problems like stomach ache, nausea, headache etc. and makes our life chaotic. it often causes chest pain. Sometimes constipation is caused by eating less fibrous food or increasing the amount of fat in the diet. There are many reasons for such constipation. If you also wants to solve this problem, try these Ayurvedic home remedy. Such home remedy does not harm your body in any way and will also add many benefits to your digestive system.

Try this remedy to relieve constipation: –
  • To get clear old constipation. Take half teaspoon of Garmala is mixed with jaggery, himaja and sonamukhi leaves at night.
  • Try to add more garlic in vegetables in daily routine to relieve constipation.
  • By giving a teaspoon of spinach juice to baby, clears their the Constipation problem.
  • Take caraway seeds(kala jeera), beliric myrobalan(Baheda), ginger powder, Long pepper(pippali) and black salt symmetrically and make a powder and sift it with a cloth. Consumption of two grams of it with warm water after a meal will relieve indigestion and constipation.
  • Take one teaspoon of Isabgol in the morning and evening to get rid of sticky diarrhea and constipation.
  • Drinking a cup of ripe tomato juice loosens intestinal feces and relieves constipation.
  • Drinking a little warm water in the morning relieves constipation.
  • Adding a little salt to slightly warmed water and take it at night relieves constipation problem.
  • Drinking lemon juice in the morning and at night relieves constipation.
  • Constipation can be relieved by soaking the dates at night and eating the dates along with that water in the morning.
  • Constipation can be relieved by drinking mix of one teaspoon of ginger juice, one teaspoon of lemon juice and two teaspoons of honey in warm water.
