We all know how important drinking water is for us. But we don’t know how to drink water and how much to drink?!

Many people are unaware of the true nature of drinking water. We know that there are many benefits to drinking water. Many people say that drinking hot water greatly boosts the immune system. Drinking hot water on an empty stomach in the morning has many benefits like mitigating constipation, make away old feces and solve many digest related issues.
It is also written in our old scriptures that water should always be drunk slowly and sitting down. There are numerous disadvantages to drinking water while standing.
How to drink water ?
Water should always be drunk slowly and by rotating inside the mouth so that the germs in the mouth which are formed in the mouth go inside stomach with water which is very beneficial for our kidneys and liver. Drinking standing water causes many minor and major ailments such as gas-related intestinal and bone-related ailments. Acidity is also caused by drinking standing water.
Drinking water standing, causes air to reach our stomach directly with the water which may causes Gastrogenic problem and also hollows out the bones which can cause knee pain.
Also, we should drink water with the glass over the mouth.
How much water to drink in a day? –
Drinking water is very good for the body. Drinking too much water protects the organs of the body from getting dehydrated. Continues habit to drink water is also beneficial for our cells and muscles. It provides oxygen to our body. It is very important for our body to get enough water. According to scientific research normal Adult needs to drink at least 8 glasses of water i.e. at least two liters of water to avoid dehydration in body. Also, researchers recommend 3 liters of water shall be consumed by individual in a day to help the body hydrated for adult men and 2.5 liters for adult women.
When to drink Water?
One glass after waking up in the morning is good start for a day.
Drink little amount of water before and after the exercise. Never drink water during work-out.
1/2 or 1 hour before taking meal and during meal considered to be good for stomach. never take water after meal,. it will create problems in food digestion.
1 glass before taking bath maintain the blood pressure.
Whenever feel stress or anxiety or bored, drinking 1 glass of water helps refreshing mind.
Drink water before bed time to avoid dryness of throat
