Creative Craft idea for Home Decor

        We all love to have our home decorated nicely. But, we know how expensive a decoration item is. Additionally these items are not durable as expensive they are. So what if you can make this decorative item at home from waste material and turned it into useful stuff? Excited? It will make you happier when guest come and sees & appreciates it. Another advantage of these pieces is that it is durable and low cost. So let’s make a nice showpiece out of rubbish and waste lying around the house.

Waste needed:-

Useless cardboard (You can find it from any packing items received recently)

Useless clothes (May be an old and not wearable clothes)

Glue

Scissors

Double tap

Pencil

Process to Turn Waste into Best:-

1. Take a useless cardboard. I have taken the carton box from the mixer that I have purchased recently. You can take any kind of thick cardboard if you want. But the cardboard should be durable so that it does not turn for a long time.
2. Then make a circular circle with a pencil by taking the same size on both sides with a measuring bar and cut it into small and big round shapes. I have cut cardboard in about 10 rounds here. You can cut the cardboard into rounds according to the convenience of your wall. You can also cut it into the shape of a vessel. For example, you can cut a plate upside down on the cardboard and cut it into a round shape. You can also cut into bowls and saucers. In this way you can also make a round shape with different utensils.
3. Then if there are different colored and nicely designed waste clothes in the house, cut them into round shapes the size of each piece. Cut these clothes into round shape so that when you stick the cloth on the buttocks, you can easily stick the cloth on the back side.
4. After cutting the cloth into small and big rounds, now we will stick it on the carton with glue (or Favicol).
5. After sticking the cloth on each carton, let it dry for 30 minutes.
6. After it dries, apply plastic paper on it. Plastic paper will be available in the market within a hundred rupees per meter. I saw as much as a plastic paper meter here. Then you need plastic paper according to how many and how many sizes you have kept. Applying it on plastic paper makes it easy to clean and does not make the clothes dirty over a long period of time. Applying plastic paper on the wall makes the shining look very nice when we put this show piece.
7. Plastic paper should be fold-able so that you can easily apply it on these pieces.
8. For applying plastic you need to cut this plastic of some higher size of base pieces for stitching it from back side. Stretch the plastic to the fullest so that wrinkles can be avoided and smooth and shine looks can be perfectly created.
9. Now after stretching plastic apply special plastic glue (Not Favicol or Favikwick) on the back side and fix it with the cardboard pieces.
10. For extra care, apply tap on stitched plastic so that plastic can be fixed more securely.
11. Now your decorative piece is ready to be fixed on wall.
12. For fixing these pieces, cut the double tap into small part and one side of this tap to be fixed on pieces and another side can be fixed on the wall.
13. Double tap can be fixed on piece as per the size of piece (3 part for small decorative piece and 12 for the bigger one).
14. Now it’s time to fix, Remove all the cover from double tap and fix piece on the wall one by one as per your requirement. Consider wall area and space between pieces for more decorative look.
15. Make sure all the piece can’t be reached by smaller children if have any otherwise they may damage the pieces and the wall as well.
16. All these also can be fixed with small nail to avoid the double tap.
